Apartments in the historical part
The historical part of the complex offers 37 residential spaces with unique layouts that embody the symbiosis of cultural heritage and modern standards of living. Two of them are truly one-of-a-kind: these are a two-level apartment suite under a dome with a spiral staircase and a five-story tower with ceilings up to 5.7 meters high.
The ceilings here are so tall that they make it possible to experiment with levels in the interior design and create double floor height areas.
Windows in some apartment suites are arch shaped. Their unusual shape helps emphasize the unique personality of the room.
INFRASTRUCTURE
AND THE PARK
Residents of the restored buildings have direct access to the spacious park and to every inner infrastructure facility, including restaurants, shops, craft brewery, swimming pool and many other places for leisure.
APARTMENT SUITE IN THE TOWER
The very center of the five-story tower accommodates a round patio, a cozy private courtyard surrounded by indoor premises. Residents have access to another open space — a part of the walkable roof with a view of the park.
APARTMENT SUITE UNDER THE DOME
The main rooms of the two-level apartment suite are located under the dome. Its central part is occupied by a spiral staircase that also serves as the kitchen island and the sitting area by the fireplace. The unique ambience created by the domed roof is complemented by windows of impressive size.
