The embankment is discreetly lined with stores that add some accent and variety to the riverside promenade. In addition, one of the heritage buildings accommodates a three-level multi-brand boutique.

FOOD MARKET

The area accommodates a market, offering vegetables, fruit, meat, seafood and an entire floor of gourmet foods.

RESTAURANTS ALONG THE EMBANKMENT AND ON THE BOULEVARD

The embankment invites residents and visitors of the complex to spend their time at restaurants with a view of the river, and on the boulevard side, between heritage buildings, they are welcomed to other gastronomy locations.

The large windows of the restaurant in heritage Building 1 have a folding design, allowing the hall to be converted into a cool veranda during the summer.

BREWERY

A craft brewery is operating in one of the heritage buildings. It is responsible for carrying on the traditions of the place, and for developing it by integrating a modern approach to the art of creating the popular drink.

FITNESS CENTER WITH A SWIMMING POOL

The fitness center in the first heritage building offers equipment for high-intensity workouts, as well as anything you might need for complete relaxation in the thermal bath hall. And the pool with floor-to-ceiling windows will be filled with plenty of natural light as you enjoy your swim. The park is also there to support your exercise plan — it is a perfect place for jogging, workouts, or yoga.

Two of the walls in the main swimming pool are converted into giant windows. One of them opens onto the boulevard, the other opens to a view of the park.

BATHING COMPLEX

The avant-garde architectural solution of the project allows the time-honored traditions of healthy lifestyle to find its place in the new environment. The former grain elevators were converted into an authentic Russian banya, complete with steam rooms, water tanks and samovars. The bathing complex has separate floors for male and female bathers, and includes a restaurant.

The restored silos of heritage Building 3 accommodate a multi-level bathhouse.

AMPHITHEATER FOR PERFORMANCES AND LECTURES

The open-air amphitheater serves as the cultural center of the complex. This is the place for lectures, performances, children's shows and other events. In addition, heritage Building 1 accommodates a conference hall and a coworking space.
