Location
The location of the complex opens an equally quick and convenient route to both the Kremlin and Rublyovka, thanks to its access to Kutuzovskiy Avenue. And the access to its own embankment makes it possible to enjoy the proximity to water, water bus rides, splendid views and an upscale public place.

KUTUZOVSKIY AVENUE
The inner boulevard of the complex offers an easy exit to Kutuzovskiy Avenue with its numerous boutiques (Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, Mercury). If you take a car, in just 15 minutes you can get to the Kremlin and the Red Square or, just as quickly, find yourself outside the city, in Barvikha.

ICONIC PLACES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The reinvented complex of the former Brewery joins the ranks of iconic locations in Moscow, which are plenty in the neighborhood of Badaevskiy: Hotel Ukraina, House of the Government, Triumphal Arch, Victory Park.

STRAIGHT TO THE CENTER, WITH NO TURNS
The exit from Kutuzovskiy Avenue to Arbat Street makes it possible to get to the Kremlin and the Red Square in a straight 15-minute drive.

RIVER RIDES
Residents of Badaevskiy have access to more than just the riverside promenade. Nearby they will find other embankments of Moscow, some of the most beautiful and modern of them. In addition, at the pier near the former Ukraina Hotel they can board one of the Radisson Royal yachts as they embark on their scheduled rides.

FAVORITE NEARBY PARKS
Following one of the most picturesque bike tracks of the city that runs along the embankment, you can savor an unhurried ride to Sparrow Hills, MSU Science Park or Muzeon. However, if you wish to save the time and energy, you can just as easily reach them by car. There are perfect places for serenity and privacy nearby as well, namely the Novodevichy Ponds and the Krasnaya Presnya Park.
